The highest payout in the world: 228 wins, each of which may reach 17.7 million Dhana, equivalent to over 700 million US dollars or 496 million euro, paid in legal tender currency. 1) In conjunction with the first Universal Conference of Humanity, call by Holos Holding S.A. (www.holosh.org) in order to carry out Holos Global System program’s (www.unigov.rg) and to be held October 17-21 2009, Dhura (www.dhura.org), the entity that issues Dhana currency (www.dhana.org), will launch a prize tied to membership in the Dhana monetary system made by October 16th, 2008. 2) The management of the competition is carried out by Daiva (www.daiva.org), an entity specially created for this purpose. 3) The competition is called Daiva. 4) The rules of the Daiva competition are established by this Regulation. 5)The competition Daiva consists in predicting the number of eleven digits to be extracted in each of the 228 countries in which the Universal Conference of Humanity will be held. (http://holos.unigov.org/holosbank.com/unigov/HUC-LIST.html). 6) The competition requires a certain extraction of a winning number for each country. 7) Those that may participate in the Daiva competition are the participants in the Dhana monetary system recorded in the system Akadhana (www.akadhana.org). To join the monetary system of Dhana you must complete the form on www.dhana.org or www.asmad.org and pay reimbursement of the cost of issue for the country of citizenship. Then you can register on enrolment form of www.akadhana.org. 8) To participate in the competition you must pay ten Kana-Dhana (a Kana-Dhana is one-thousandth of Dhana), or the equivalent of ten Kana-Dhana in any legal tender currency for each number played by the site www.daiva.org. 9) If the deposit is made in Dhana, the www.daiva.org system automatically picks the played amount from the www.akadhana.org system. 10) Payments in other currencies than Dhana should be made by bank (iban: IT27 R 07601 12700 000044582161 - bic: BPPIITRRXXX). 11) The equivalent of ten Kana-Dhana in legal tender currency at the time of the game is shown on the www.daiva.org site. 12) If the payment is made by bank, in order to play it must specify the details shown on the bank receipt. 13) Each participant may play several numbers by paying ten Kana-Dhana or the equivalent amount in legal tender currency for each number played. 14) The www.daiva.org system allows to play totally until to one hundred billion numbers. If the chosen number has already been played, the system automatically indicates it and invites you to change it. 15) The extractions of the numbers will be performed by direct videoconference in each country at the end of the Universal Conference of Humanity. 16) In every location where the Universal Conference of Humanity will be held there will be eleven urns numbered from one to eleven with ten balls each. Inside each ball is entered a number from zero to nine not visible from the outside of the ball. 17) The formation of the winning number for each country occurs by drawing a ball from each urn made by one person for each urn chosen by the organizers of the competition among those present. 18) Each number drawn from an urn corresponds with the position of the figure forming the winning number. It begins with the first urn and proceeds in a progressive manner until the eleventh urn. The number drawn from the first urn is the first digit of the winning number. The number drawn from the eleventh urn is the last digit of the winning number. 19) If the number drawn from the urn for each positions results are not played, another ball is extracted from the same urn until a winning number is hit. 20) For every winning number extracted in each country a prize of one Dhana for each 228 participants to the Dhana monetary system is awarded. In this way, each of the 228 prizes can reach over 17.7 million Dhana, equivalent to over 700 million U.S. Dollars worth over 496 million euro, for a total premium of over four billion Dhana, equivalent to over 159 billion U.S. dollars or 113 billion euro (see list of countries in order of potential members of Dhana). 21) The award is received by whoever has played a winning number regardless of the country and the currency which made the payment. 22) The premium is paid in legal tender currency of the country in which the winner was born. The premium source for stateless persons shall be paid in US Dollars. 23) The premium is paid within ten days of the drawing on the bank indicated to the winner when he plays or, if not indicated, in cash or checks. 24) The winners are guaranteed absolute anonymity.
